35 Lessons. Guidebook on extracurricular teaching for teachers. Grades 6-8.

This book consists of projects and extracurricular activities based on interactive teaching methods. The guidebook is intended to be used as a practical tool by school teachers, professionals working in informal education institutions and school psychologists. It might also be a valuable resource for the application of interactive teaching and learning methods and the development of civic education for other professionals working with children and youth.

During recent years, all projects have been piloted by teachers from schools located in the Caucasus region.

The final selection of themes was made through consultation with teachers involved in the course testing. The themes are categorized according to the popularity and need for extracurricular activities in schools. The book contains a comprehensive guide on how to apply proposed tasks and activities. The content is supported by supplementary resources and handouts.

The content reflects ethnic, cultural and religious characteristics of Muslim groups of the North Caucasus. This approach has made it possible to use the book in schools within a diverse multicultural, ethnic and religious environment.
